Aspen Aerogels’ Cryogel^® Z is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating cold temperature environments ranging from cryogenic to ambient. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m^-1 K^-1 at room temperature, Cryogel insulates even better at lower temperatures with a thermal conductivity of only 10 mW m^-1 K^-1 at -330°F/-200°C! Laminated with a reflective metal barrier film. Lighter than Spaceloft but a bit dustier. Maximum temperature is 390°F/200°C, density is only 0.13 g cm^-3 (2.13 oz/60 g per square foot). Download the SDS or Download the TDS.
