Thermal Wrap™ aerogel blankets from Cabot provide the superinsulating properties of silica aerogel in a flexible form that is virtually dust-free! Excellent for engineering projects, ambient and sub-ambient insulating applications, and more. Easy to cut and handle. Useful as a translucent fabric for daylighting and acoustic damping in buildings. Thermal conductivity is ~23 mW m^-1 K^-1 at room temperature. A great alternative to Spaceloft^® or Cryogel^® for dust-sensitive applications. Operating temperature of -200°C to 125°C with 160°C peaks. Spaceloft® Blanket

Aspen Aerogels’ Spaceloft^® is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating buildings and apparel. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m^-1 K^-1, Spaceloft is approximately two and half times better insulating than Styrofoam^®. Great for home insulation, winter clothing, science projects, and any application where thermal insulation is needed and space is at a premium. The world’s most advanced flexible insulation, Aspen Aerogels’ Pyrogel® XTE is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for high-temperature applications (up to 650°C/1200°F), with thermal performance two to eight times greater than other high-temperature insulating materials. Pyrogel XTE is the product successor to Pyrogel XT. Functionally almost identical to Pyrogel XT, choose Pyrogel XTE over Pyrogel XT for a little less dust and for applications that specify XTE rather than XT. Cryogel® Z Blanket

Aspen Aerogels’ Cryogel^® Z is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating cold temperature environments ranging from cryogenic to ambient. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m^-1 K^-1 at room temperature, Cryogel insulates even better at lower temperatures with a thermal conductivity of only 10 mW m^-1 K^-1 at -330°F/-200°C! Laminated with a reflective metal barrier film. Lighter than Spaceloft but a bit dustier. Maximum temperature is 390°F/200°C, density is only 0.13 g cm^-3 (2.13 oz/60 g per square foot). SLENTITE® Aerogel Panels for Construction

SLENTITE^® from aerogel-it is a revolutionary new type of insulation board for use in construction, appliances, cold chain logistics, and engineering. Born in the laboratories of BASF and brought to market by aerogel-it, SLENTITE has an R-value of R8 per inch, making it the most insulating construction insulation board on the market. Open porous structure and moisture management properties makes it especially suitable for applications where humidity is a challenge such as interior insulation in buildings. Unlike most spray foams, SLENTITE’s insulative performance doesn’t degrade over time. Water proof, dust free, machinable, and easy to install. Just 13-15 mm thick, SLENTITE is ideal for stopping heat loss in tight spaces where traditional insulation materials are inadequate. For an even more effective thermal barrier, these panels are easily glued together using a non solvent-based adhesive to make thicker panels. As an organic material, SLENTITE provides a limited susceptibility to fire (Euroclass E EN 13501-1). Sold in full panel, half panel, and tile sizes.
