Thermal Wrap™ aerogel blankets from Cabot provide the superinsulating properties of silica aerogel in a flexible form that is virtually dust-free! Excellent for engineering projects, ambient and sub-ambient insulating applications, and more. Easy to cut and handle. Useful as a translucent fabric for daylighting and acoustic damping in buildings. Thermal conductivity is ~23 mW m^-1 K^-1 at room temperature. A great alternative to Spaceloft^® or Cryogel^® for dust-sensitive applications. Operating temperature of -200°C to 125°C with 160°C peaks. Airloy® HT Flexible Foam

Airloy^® HT from Aerogel Technologies is a superinsulating, dust-free, high-temperature, flexible aerogel material that handles like foam. With a thermal conductivity of only 20 mW/m-K, Airloy HT provides up to 50% better thermal insulating performance per unit thickness than conventional insulators such as expanded polystyrene and fiberglass. Airloy HT is also water resistant, non-flammable, and offers superlative sound transmission loss, making it a multifunctional solution for a wide range of real-world applications. With an operating temperature up to 300°C, Airloy HT is an ideal material for maximizing thermal performance while minimizing thickness in automotive, aerospace, apparel, physical plant, and consumer electronics applications. Easy to cut and adhere. Sold in 2 mm thick sheets. For applications requiring thicker materials, simply adhere multiple layers together. Made with NASA technology.

Aspen Aerogels’ Spaceloft^® is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating buildings and apparel. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m^-1 K^-1, Spaceloft is approximately two and half times better insulating than Styrofoam^®. Great for home insulation, winter clothing, science projects, and any application where thermal insulation is needed and space is at a premium. Aspen Aerogels’ Cryogel^® Z is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating cold temperature environments ranging from cryogenic to ambient. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m^-1 K^-1 at room temperature, Cryogel insulates even better at lower temperatures with a thermal conductivity of only 10 mW m^-1 K^-1 at -330°F/-200°C! Laminated with a reflective metal barrier film. Lighter than Spaceloft but a bit dustier. Maximum temperature is 390°F/200°C, density is only 0.13 g cm^-3 (2.13 oz/60 g per square foot).
